Monitoring the Conservation of Fish and Wildlife in the Northeast

This report presents a framework designed to demonstrate the effectiveness of State Wildlife Grant-funded conservation actions to policy makers and to help fish and wildlife managers learn from their successes and failures and share this information with peers. The framework draws upon the Open Standards for the Practice of Conservation and uses results chains as a key tool for assessing effectiveness.
