Webinar 1: Shared System Models
The webinar took place on 23rd February at 5PM Eastern Time . It was focused on how to apply principles of systems thinking to the development of a situation assessment for large-scale programs. It will include a discussion of how to define conservation success.

Webinar 2: Scaling Strategy Pathways
The webinar took place on 30th March at 11AM Eastern Time. The discussion was about different pathways for taking conservation programs to scale, including an introduction to a new initiative we are working on focused on this question.

Webinar 3: Synthesizing Evidence
The webinar took place on April 27th at 4 PM Eastern Time. The discussion was focused on how to synthesize existing evidence in relation to your program. Building on Chapter 4 in the book as well as some subsequent work, we will cover the appropriate level of investment in evidence synthesis based on your required level of proof, identifying critical assumptions requiring evidence, and compiling evidence sources to assess these assumptions.
