This document provides guidance for US Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) applicants for standard measures of effectiveness and threat status for conservation projects in Central Africa. The use of these standard indicators presented in this document has the potential to improve conservation by helping USFWS and its grantees and partners to: monitor, assess and report on performance; collect, share and aggregate comparable data; and learn and improve from others implementing similar actions. Source documents for the chains and tables in this document are also available via the
Conservation Actions and Measures Library (CAML) - a repository for archiving generic results chains that can be used by other teams implementing similar strategies under similar conditions.
