Dr. Langholz is a professor of International Environmental Policy at the Monterey Institute of International Studies.  He is an expert in combining biodiversity conservation with sustainable economic development worldwide. He has more than 20 years of professional experience as a researcher, teacher, and consultant in North America, Africa, Asia, Latin America, and Europe. Specialty topics include protected natural areas, business approaches, conflict resolution, project design, leadership skills, social entrepreneurship, policy analysis, and program evaluation.
