Adrienne joined Foundations of Success in 2017. She grew up in and is currently based near Washington, DC. In her free time, she enjoys reading novels, hiking, and planning her next road trip or international adventure. Adrienne came to the team after completing her capstone project at a reserve in Mozambique where she developed a monitoring and evaluation framework for their community outreach programs. Her previous experiences in leadership at non-profits brought her to FOS with a strong understanding of the value of good planning and adaptive management. She now does programmatic work supporting teams in their own strategic planning and evaluations. Adrienne is dedicated to finding solutions to environmental challenges that engage local communities.

Interests: Conservation-friendly economic development, novels by Barbara Kingsolver and Dave Eggers, apartment gardening, community-based conservation
